GERRY HONEYSETT MEMORIAL SALVER
The Gerry Honeysett Memorial Salver held on the 15th of August 2024 at Haywards Heath Golf Club proved to be a day of good company, good food and good golf. The competition was filled with golfers from across the county all with the hopes of being the 2024 champion.

Overall Champion: Richard Newman, Haywards Heath GC (38 points)
Runner Up: Fredrick Simkins, Singing Hills GC (36 points)
3rd Place: Adrian Challis, Holtye GC (36)
4th Place: Nathan Warren, Avisford Park (36)

The day consisted off bright sunning spells with a breeze to keep it nice and challenging for participants. The 1st and 10th tee start showcased a wide range of nervous first shots all with good spirits.
Haywards Heath once again provided a lovely course and venue for such an event. The course was a luscious yet challenging opponent for the day that tested the wide range of golfers playing. The course and club was thoroughly enjoyed on all accounts throughout the day.
Once again a massive thank you to Haywards Heath and all their staff from greenskeepers to the bar for hosting once again a tremendous event..
A special thank you to all of those that came to support including Catherine Honeysett as well as Alex and Toby who both participated in loving memory of Gerry.
